EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- RX or Consumer Health advertising experience gained within a global pharma environment.
- Experience of working within a multi-national company, able to quickly pick up and follow systems and processes.
- Demonstrable experience of building multi-layered client relationships and growing global brands.
- Proven delivery of print and digital brand campaigns.
- Leadership skills, able to build, mentor and develop high performing teams.
- Cross medium creative awareness and understanding of new technologies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Gravitas, intelligence, a strong work ethic and desire to be the best in a competitive environment. Passionate about the healthcare sector and delivering high quality creative work. Also to be fully in touch with developments and trends.
- Currently working at SAM or AM level within a healthcare advertising agency
