The Role: SEO Marketing Manager
As the SEO Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the SEO approach. Your responsibilities span the full spectrum of SEO activities, including on-site, technical, and content optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft impactful online communications and drive awareness. Lead a small team, offering guidance and support.

- Agency experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMRush, and CRM tools.
- Creative copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Results-focused with excellent time management.
- Passion for digital marketing with a broader understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C client collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of inbound strategies; experience with ABM is a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage and mentor team members.
- Flexible and team-spirited with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, advise, and collaborate on digital campaigns.
- Conduct expert-level SEO analysis, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and outreach.
- Achieve organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
- Lead content development and implement email marketing strategies.
- Create and present SEO and email reports with clear communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal strategy planning.
- Manage SEO input for website build projects, working alongside UX, design, and development teams.
