Henry Nicholas is a fun and fast-paced place agency where we take responsibility for achieving our own individual targets. We are looking for smart, self-motivated and results-focused individuals who can think on their feet and produce the best work, quickly. You'll need to be very organised, great at juggling multiple tasks, and remain calm when dealing with changing priorities and moving deadlines.
Collaboration across the HN team is greatly encouraged. We're looking for a team player who is honest, trustworthy and empathetic to others. By sharing our knowledge, experiences and collective intel, we maintain our ability to outperform the competition.
Although we are specialists in our chosen sectors, the spectrum of job roles is diverse and ever-changing so it's essential that we get to the heart of our clients' briefs from the off, and it's our ability to present that information to candidates that could be the difference between placing the perfect candidate or not. With this in mind, you'll need to be able to ask the right questions in order to get to the crux of the brief, and also be a great communicator.
Whilst we're pretty good at what we do, recruitment can be a fickle business at times and things don't always go your way, no matter how hard you work. For this reason you'll need to be resilient, have an unwavering positive attitude, and be driven to succeed.
Excellent rapport building skills, a willingness to take yourself beyond your comfort zone, and working well under pressure are also important character traits.
